Healthy Weekend Morning Parfait

I absolutely love indulging on the weekends and taking my sweet, sweet time in the mornings getting ready for the day. This includes, a long cup (or 2) of coffee and a delicious and hearty breakfast.

I know that when you think of "delicious weekend morning breakfasts" you usually think of bacon and eggs, or nice fluffy pancakes. While that would be amazing to enjoy every single Saturday and Sunday, I figure that wouldn't be so good for the ... figure.


So, Adriane and I have come up with one of our favorite morning breakfasts that includes a little bit of everything while still staying on the healthy-side!


1 banana

7-8 strawberries, chopped

10-12 raw almonds

1 Chobani yogurt (we used vanilla!)

1/2 cup of KIND Healthy Grains Granola Clusters

1 tsp of ground chia and flax seeds

1/4 cup of dried cranberries

1 tsp of agave

Making a (yummy incredible) yogurt parfait can be somewhat self-explanatory but here is how we make it absolutely perfect (and esthetically pleasing)!

Dollop your yogurt into the middle of your bowl. Surround with your sliced banana and strawberries. Group your almonds on the side as well.


Add your dried cranberries and KIND Healthy Grains Granola Clusters. (Ah- love how these ingredients circle the yogurt perfectly!)

Next, sprinkle your chia and flax seeds over your dish.


Lastly- drizzle the agave over your parfait. We love that agave gives you the feeling of a yummy syrup but for (WAY) less calories!
